1) To Purchase tickets by phone - Call 603.437.5100.
2) To purchase tickets online for any of our shows, simply click on the 'Buy Now' button of the show you wish to purchase tickets for. To view our full schedule click here or on the 'Calendar' navigation tab at the top of each page.
3) If tickets are available for the particular show you wish to attend, you can also buy your tickets at the door before the performance. We don’t recommend this option, however, as most of our shows sell out in advance.

Ticketing Policies and FAQs
We do not have a formal box-office at the venue, as we work from an off-site office. Stopping-in to buy tickets is only a good idea if you have really good luck. We are generally not at the venue. Tickets can be purchased over the phone or via our website. We understand this is an inconvenience for those of you who want to pay cash and apologize for the inconvenience to you.
Tupelo Music Hall offers seating for its performances based on the type of performance, number of expected guests and the comfort of our patrons. The types of arrangement generally fall into three categories: General Admission, Reserved Table Seating, and Reserved Theatre Seating. For more information on our seating arrangements, click here.
Unless you choose to have your tickets mailed to you, all tickets at Tupelo Music Hall are will-call tickets. "Will Call" does not mean that we will call you. It means that you don't get a physica ticket before the show. Upon successfully purchasing tickets, you will receive an email confirmation. PRINT AND SAVE this confirmation. Bring the confirmation to the show as proof you have purchased tickets. Only this email is proof of your purchase. If you choose to have tickets mailed to you, please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
Sold Out shows
Yes, if a show is posted as SOLD OUT, it is true that there aren’t any tickets available through Tupelo Music Hall. We do not have a waiting list. We do not sell tickets to third-party ticketing vendors. We do not buy-back tickets already sold, and we cannot resell tickets for people who do not show up.
Sometimes tickets become available because an artist doesn’t use the complimentary tickets given to them. This is the only situation in which we may have tickets at the last minute for shows that are advertised as sold out. The only way to get them is to arrive when doors open and hope you get lucky. We won’t oversell our shows so please don’t ask us to.
We have a Blog page on our web site for people to resell tickets to other patrons. This is a convenience to our patrons and we regularly police this apge. Anyone trying to sell tickets for more than the price they paid will have their tickets forfeited. All transactions through the blog are the responsibility of the buyer and seller, and not Tupelo Music Hall.
What if I cannot attend a show that I have purchased tickets for?
We fully recognize that sometimes life throws us a curveball and are aware of the fact that it stinks to buy tickets that you find yourself stuck with. Having said that, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets unless the show has been rescheduled or cancelled.
If you cannot attend a show but would like someone else to pick-up your will-call tickets, they will need your email confirmation to do so. You are welcome to try and resell your tickets on our blog for face value if you so choose.
All ages shows
Tupelo Music Hall is an all-ages venue. It is up to the parent to decide what is appropriate for their children to see. EVERYONE needs a ticket.
Every ticket sold has a fee associated with it. The fee is over-and-above the posted ticket price. All fees are clearly outlined in our ticketing system. Fees are charged for each ticket, regardless of how the ticket was purchased.
Tupelo Music Hall offers seating for its performances based on the type of performance, number of expected guests and the comfort of our patrons. The types of arrangement generally fall into three categories:
• General Admission (GA)
• Reserve Seating at Tables (RS Tables)
• Reserve Seating in a Theatre Arrangement (RS Theatre)
General Admission (GA)
A General Admission show at Tupelo gives us the flexibility to provide either table, theatre, or standing depending on the particular show. Sometimes our GA shows have a combination of tables and theatre seating. Sometimes we have rows in the front and standing/dancing in the back. For some shows where there is dancing, we reserve the right to have less seats on the floor than there are people in the room. Please call the box office if you have questions regarding a particular show's seating arrangement.
NOTE: "General Admission shows do not have reserved seating." We reserve the right to rearrange or remove General Admission seating to accommodate standing room or space for dancing.
This is Tupelo's most intimate seating arrangement, guaranteeing tables on the floor. Total seating capacity is 138 people for shows using RS table seating. Tables seat 2, 4, or 6 people. Tables are identified by number. When buying seats at tables, you are not reserving a particular seat at that table. Rather, you are reserving space at the table. Unless you are reserving an entire table, plan on making friends with others at your table. Round tables seat 6, square tables seat 4 and the small ones to the right seat 2. Typically there are also a very limited number of General Admission "standing room" seats also available at the rear of the venue for RS Table seated shows. Below is a map of the table arrangement:
Please call the boxoffice if you have questions regarding a particular show's seating arrangement.
For more popular events theater style seating increases the capacity by removing the tables. Theatre style reserve seats are sold by individual seat "floor left" or "floor right." Typically there are also a very limited number of General Admission "standing room" seats also available at the rear of the venue for RS Theatre seated shows. We reserve the right to re-assign theatre seated assignments to a table seated floor plan in the event that ticket sales do not warrant removal of tables. Below is a map of the theatre arrangement:
Please call the box office if you have questions regarding a particular show's seating arrangement.
